Thursday, February 14th is Home Education Day at the Capitol in Atlanta, Georgia.  Interested home schoolers in Georgia should visit the Home Education Information Resource site for details.

This is a really great opportunity to learn more about government and to interact with other home schoolers at the same time. Home schoolers will have the opportunity to take a tour, attend sessions or committee meetings, and meet with legislators. There will even be a concert performed by home schoolers for entertainment.

So, those of you who are in or around Georgia should really check out the Home Education Information Resource site website. They have all the important information about Home Education Day at the Georgia Capitol, as well as links to other interesting landmarks that you can visit while in Atlanta.
